Smoke damage clean up restoration in Santa Barbara

This  beautiful historic home had smoke and soot damage through out. SERVPRO packed out and cleaned all of the salvageable contents. The contents were carefully inventoried and stored while repairs took place. SERVPRO then cleaned the doors, fixtures, walls and ceiling and removed the smoke damaged carpet. The home owner was pleased to find the reusable hardwood flooring under the carpets. SERVPRO refinished the hardwood flooring, repaired and prepped the builtin book cases, walls and ceiling as needed. Sealed and painted the built in book cases, walls and ceilings. The fireplace was also updated and brought up to code as well. It was an amazing transformation!
